Having broken a priceless vase, Haruhi Fujioka is in debt to the host club, and this romantic comedy series follows her as she tries to pay it back.The majority of this volume dealt with trying to make the guest character, Kasunoda (AKA Bossa Nova or Casanova) into a non-scary human being. Also included, was a test of courage and BACK STORY! Tamaki/Kyoya back story, to be precise.
Firstly, I loved the fact we got to learn how Tamaki and Kyoya became friends. If anything, it made me like Kyoya as a character a lot more. I love back story in character driven manga! :) <3<br/>
I also like Kasunoda a lot, and found his storyline engaging and interesting. I hope he becomes a character that pops up occasionally (like Renge :) ). (Also, yaaay, more Mori!)
Kaoru's hypothesis is interesting, by the way. Let's see if he's right... (I enjoy that the twins are becoming more separate now, as characters. It's interesting to see their different personalities shine!)
This volume was really good, particularly as it's beginning to reveal some romantic tension (as in, the characters are beginning to become more aware of it themselves). Being as there's ten more volumes, this is not going to be resolved soon, so I'm interested to see how it all works out.
